He is survived by: his wife Tracy Hyer (Beal); his stepmother Sherry Hyer; his children, Robert M. A. Hyer (Jackie) of Michael, T. L. and Trinity K. L. Hyer (Anthony); his stepsisters, Jana, J'nean and Joni; and his grandchildren, Gavin, Kolton and Parker.
