Tiffany Boylen Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tiffany Boylen (Indianapolis, Indiana), who passed away on July 22, 2018 at the age of 29. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Roy Theodore Boylen Jr. and Leota Lee Hayes; her siblings, Russell Kirby Jr. (Melissa Wright) and Crystal Ann Boylen (Albert Torres); her niece Haylie Marie Kirby; her nephew Albert Theodore Torres; and her grandparents, Arletta Sue Bridwell Robertson, William James Hayes Sr., Gerianne M. Wagner Hayes, Qulinda Schopa, Jamie Ciszek (Daniel Ciszek), Colleen Cruywells (Victor Cruywells), Rocky James Hayes (Becky Hayes), Jennifer Hayes, Sheryl Woeltje (Dennis Woeltje), Brenda Robertson, Scott Robertson (Frances Garriott), Stacey Williams (Greg Williams), Vickie Hamilton, Susan Boylen Medrano, Janet Marie Boylen, Perry Robertson, Mary Ann Thomas and Gary Boylen. She is also survived by mother survived by three beautiful babies; Malachi Christopher Deering Age 11, Jaylin Michelle Farmer Age 7, Micha Blaise Farmer Age 6, also her parents.
