He was predeceased by : his parents, Hershel Hawkins and Mary Hawkins (Harris); and his son Terry Hawkins. He is survived by : his spouse Shelley; his daughters, Jodi Long (Ryan Long) and Amy Hawkins; his granddaughter Staci Hawkins; and his sisters, Charlene Henson (Rick) and Sharon Hawkins (Mark Johnson). He is also survived by many grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM.
