She was predeceased by: her husband David Wayne Mercer; her parents, Mildred Wilson-Elliot and Hugh Wilson; her parents-in-law, Marie Mercer-Yonts and David Mercer; her granddaughter Reagan Michelle Wolfe; her pet Sunny; and her close friend Jack Pope.

She is survived by: her sister Teresa Smith Wilson; her brother-in-law Dwight Smith; her nieces and nephews, Shelley Roseman Smith, Douglas Smith and Amey Smith; her great-nieces, Natalie Mercer Wolfe and Jessica Gray (Brent Gray); and her grandchildren, Samantha Marie Wolfe, Nathaniel Mercer Wolfe, Grayson Fletcher and Gavin David Gray.

Tina rescued many animals in her lifetime and In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial gift in her name.
