She is survived by: her husband Isaac Johnston of Indianapolis, Indiana; her mother Janttes "Janice" Fay Cyrus Phillips of Deputy, Indiana; her sons, Alexander Johnston of Indianapolis and Richard Johnston of Indianapolis, Indiana; and her siblings, Darren Phillips (Amanda Neace) of Deputy, Indiana, Patricia Peck (Brian) of Madison and Tammy Marie Smith (Lawrence) of Madison, Indiana.
