She was predeceased by: her parents, Linda Amrine and Ronald Mitchell; her siblings, Rhonda Mitchell and Brian Mitchell; her grandparents, Everett, Bernadine Mitchell, Bryant and Carrie Pearl Britt; her son James Young III; and her grandson James "Mikey" Graham.
She is survived by: her close friend Perry Thompson; her daughters, Shannon Young (Michael Graham) and Jennifer Young; her siblings, Rickey Mitchell, Tommy Webb and Michelle Durham; her grandchildren, Rickie Chamber III, Ryan Chamber, Riley Kostic, Jeremy Graham, Johnny Graham (Jessica Snider), Justin Graham and Jericho Graham; and her great grandchildren, Sophia Graham, Johnny Graham, Jr., Nevaeh Graham and Braxton Chambers.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Floral Park (425 N Holt Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46222). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
