She was predeceased by: her son Kevin; her grandson Brandon; and her siblings, Harvey and Bernice. She is survived by: her husband Francis "Mel" Eaton; her children, Debra (Rod Hynes), John (Twyla) and Robin (Maggie); her daughter-in-law Rickee; and her grandchildren, Brad, Chisholm, Amanda, Eli, Savannah, Derek, Luke and Sage. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Vera's name to Peace Lutheran Church, Arvada, CO.
