She is survived by: her parents, Patricia Winegardner (Kern) and Walter "Rick" Bales; her children, Austin Johnson (Sydney), Kayla Bohm (Barret), Brandon Johnson, Lauren Johnson and Nicholas Hopkins; and her brothers, Rick Bales (Pam) and Matthew Bales (Heather).
