In the sacred silence of farewell, Vincent is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Vincent's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Noe and Evelyn Noe; his daughter Brenda K. Williams; and his sister Deanna June Noe. He is survived by: his daughter Monica McCord (Bill); his siblings, Judy Bandy and Sam Noe; and his grandson Christopher Williams. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Floral Park (425 N Holt Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46222). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Smile Train.
