He was predeceased by: his parents, Volney Howard and Elsie Mae Watts (Turk); his wife Pamela Watts; and his daughter Pamela Eileen Watts. He is survived by: his children, Angela Lewis, Volney Howard Watts, III (Lisa) and Kathy Watts (Bennie); and his brother Allen Dale Watts. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
