He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Guffey and Effie Marie Guffey (Hardwick). He is survived by: his siblings, Tammy Collins, Lisa Fisher (Bruce) and Dennis Guffey; and his nephews, Allen McFarland and Jeremy.
