With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wanda Sue Lewis of Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on July 22, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Wanda Sue had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Wanda Sue may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Miller and Edna Miller; her husband Alvin Paul Lewis; and her sister Rebecca Basore (Becky). She is survived by: her daughter Loretta Odle (Kerry); her brother James Allen Miller (Kimberly); her brother-in-law David Basore; her granddaughters, Emily DeSabato (Anthony Patrick) and Alexis Odle; and her great grandchild Leanora DeSabato. She is also survived by one nephew and three nieces.
