She is survived by: her sons, Frederick Hooker Jr. (Cindy) and Jeffrey Hooker (Debbie); her grandchildren, MacKenzie Stanton (Jackson), Madison Hedrick (Christian), Alan Hooker (Anna), Anna Hooker and Amber Moore; and her sisters, Reba Howard (Bob), Patty Coley (Tom), Debbie Carter (Bob), Mary Burke, Barbara Samons and Sandy Mardini. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
