He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Borst and Elizabeth Borst (Jones); and his daughter Malea Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Hellis D. Borst; his children, William A. Borst, Deborah Anne Hoetger and Andrew Charles Borst; his grandchildren, Christian, Chloe, Will, Lucy, Milo and Lee; his great grandchild Michael; and his sister Gail Norene Picataggio.
Memorial contributions may be made in Bill's memory to the 4-H or Future Farmers of America (FFA) organization of the donor's choice, honoring his lifelong commitment to youth, agriculture, and education.
