We are sad to announce that on July 13, 2024, at the age of 92, William J. Rickey Jr. of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William J. Rickey Jr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph and Bernetha Rickey (Thomas); and his siblings, Michael Rickey, Patricia Petch, Rita Dale and Barbara Bixler.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene A. Rickey (Patterson) of Indianapolis, Indiana; his children, Tim Rickey of Huntington Beach, California, Debbie Mulry (Mickey) of Plainfield, Indiana, Kathy Rickey of Greenfield, Indiana and Denise Bullard (Mike) of New Palestine, Indiana; and his sister-in-law Sharon Rickey of Greenfield, Indiana. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made by mail to the Catholic Youth Organization (CYO), at 580 Stevens Street, Indianapolis, IN 46203 or envelopes will be available at the church.
