He is survived by: his wife Mourlyn; his sons, Jeff Rapp (Tammy), Kenneth Simpson and Steve Simpson; his daughters-in-law, Nancy Komenda Rapp and Julie Rapp; and his grandchildren, Mark Rapp, Gregg Rapp, Kylie Pfeiffer, Dustin Rapp, Chelsey Neisler, Aarik Williams, Aramis Williams, Laura Hunter, Lindsey Lankford and Jessica Rapp. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
A reception will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at the Washington Park East (10722 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46229).
