He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leonard Rose and Grace Thomas Rose; and his siblings, George Rose, Ruth Ann Picot, Margarie Forsgren and Sally Watko.
He is survived by: his children, Joyce Rose-Weisberger (Phil) and Barry Rose; his granddaughter Dr. Braca Cantor (Robert); his great grandchildren, Leigha and Eliana Cantor; and his brothers, Philip and John Rose. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Etz Chaim Sephardic Congregation, Indianapolis Hebrew Congregation, Hasten Hebrew Academy, or to a favorite charity.
