She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Durrett and Mattie Alma Durrett (Simmons); and her siblings, James Russell Durrett and Sylvia Loraine Roark. She is survived by: her husband Charles William Shearin; her children, Steven Shearin (Kathie) of Greenwood, IN, Deborah Carver (Robert) of Greenwood, IN and Kelley Carreon (John) of Indianapolis, IN; and her brothers, Rex Durrett and Donald Durrett. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
