Barbara Joyce Clay Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Joyce Clay of Ingalls, Indiana, who passed away on June 21, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Brown and Audrel Brown (Blackmon); her son Noel H. Smiley; and her siblings, Marcus Brown and Brenda McIlrath.
She is survived by: her husband James H. Clay; her children, Jim Clay and Jackie Stevens (Marty Stevens); her grandchildren, Spencer Stevens (Shebly), Kira Smiley, Lydia Stevens (Evan Miller), Allison Stevens and Chloe Smiley; and her great grandchild Savannah Stevens.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Amvets Post 26 Club (939 S Broadway St, Pendleton, IN 46064).
