He is survived by: his wife Sherri Hartley of Ireland, IN; his daughters, Jeannie Hopf (Nick) of Alpharetta, GA and Jordan Hartley (Daniel Sheehan) of Johnson City, TN; his grandchildren, Abram and Nyla Hopf; and his siblings, Dr. Belinda Hartley of Billings, MT and Charles "Chuck" Hartley of Louisville, KY..
