She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hochgesang and Rose Hochgesang (Henke); her husband Gilbert L. Neuhoff of Valentine's Day; and her siblings, Victor Hochgesang, Florence Kessler, Loretta Hochgeang, Carl Hochgesang, Bernetta "Nettie" Tabeling, Carolyn Mehringer, Marie Hochgesang, Roman Hochgesang, Jeanne Wagner and Oscar Hochgesang.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Black (Steve) of Sullivan, IN, David Neuhoff (Mary) of Ireland, IN, Nancy Phelps (Brian) of Evansville, IN, Janet Buchanan (Don) of Jasper, IN, Sandra Holst (Steve) of Huntingburg, IN and Tony Neuhoff (Cory Calmes) of Douglas, MI; and her siblings, Gloria Wehr of Ireland, IN and Gilbert Hochgesang of Jasper, IN. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (2829 N 500 W, Jasper, IN 47546). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions can be made to St. Mary Catholic Church, Heart-to-Heart Hospice, or to a favorite charity.
