He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carlie and Dona Elizabeth Stewart; his siblings-in-law, Margie Stewart, William Charles and Dolores Stewart; his sisters, Joyce Constant and Norma Jean McCoy; his brothers-in-law, Bobby Constant and Bobby McCoy; his nieces, Selena Stewart and Debbie McWilliams; and his nephew Paul McCoy.

He is survived by: his wife Lori Stewart; his stepsons, Christopher Otto (Melanie) and Caleb Otto; his granddaughters, Callie Ann Otto and Eva Jane Otto; and his brother Donnie Stewart (Therese). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
