He is survived by: his daughter Debra D. Lubelski (David) of West Lafayette, IN; his grandsons, Aaron D. Lubelski (Sarah Kelecy) and Adam M. Lubelski; his nephews, David L. Ellis (Kate) and Scott H. Ellis (Rebecca); and his sister-in-law Teresa Ellis.
