He is survived by: his children, Billy Joel Lockard of Jasonville, IN, Shiela Morris, Julie Stetter (Mark) of Linton, IN and Molly Rose (Travis) of Linton, IN; his sister Geneva James; and his grandchildren, Frankie Enochs, Joshua Morris, Cheyenne Downing, Ashley Roberts, Megan Stetter-Hamer, Jessica Hall, Paul Fagg and Tammie Mendoza. He is also survived by great-great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
