Fish (Durham); his sons, Asa Scott Fish (Jodi) of North Carolina and Andrew Jacob Fish (Joanna) of Jasonville; his grandchildren, Mikaela (Max), Justin, Samuel and Abby; and his sisters, Belinda Fonderhide (Mike) of Linton and Cheryl Fish (William Creech) of Linton.
