He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Dall and Johanna Dall (Verkamp); his wives, Rita Durcholz and Preceding; his son Allen Dall; and his siblings, Rose Mary Kerstiens, Sr., Mary, Clara Mae Hackman, Rita Ann Dall and Robert Dall.
He is survived by: his daughter Linda Mauder (Cliff); his grandchildren, Melissa Cushman, Zach Mauder (Taryn), Jenna Moser (Matthew), Tyler Cushman, Leah Haas (Tyler) and Dr. Emily Cushman; his great grandchildren, Ava, Ella Moser, Sam, Mason, Cody Haas, Rolen and Payson Mauder; and his siblings, Catherine Wendholt of Jasper, IN, Mildred Hoffmann and Norbert Dall of Ferdinand, IN. He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
