She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Bellner and Othello Bellner (Hudson); her daughter Rebecca Neukam; her siblings, Evelyn Bellner Herron and Donald Bellner; her brother-in-law Richard Scuteri; and her son-in-law David Messmer.
She is survived by: her husband Junior Ray Neukam; and her children, June Shimer (Bill), Mary Jo Messmer, Doris Messmer, Chrissy Phillips (William), Ray Neukam, Jasper, John Neukam (Kristie) and Charlie Neukam (Rhonda).
Memorial contributions may be made to Precious Blood Catholic Church or to a favorite charity.
