She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl W. Ward and Gertrude M. Ward (Ashbaugh); and her grandson Luke Thomas Chapman. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Chapman; her children, Susan Turner (Chris) of Lakeland, FL, Rebecca Weisman (Greg) of Birdseye, IN and Michael Chapman (Becky) of Dubois, IN; and her brother John Ward (Linda) of Hoschton, GA.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
