Catherine L. Matheis Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine L. Matheis of Jasper, Indiana, who passed away on April 20, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Kluesner and Minnie Kluesner (Rausch); her husband Elmer "Ham" Matheis; her granddaughter Katrina Weyer; her great grandchildren, Eli and Isabel Taber; and her siblings, Clara Mae Frick and Carl "Bud" Kluesner.
She is survived by: her children, Alan Matheis (Becky) of Ireland, IN, Barbara Schrader (Tom) of Ireland, IN, Debbie Knies (Keith) of Jasper, IN and Phil Matheis (Patti) of Jasper, IN. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and three great- great grandchildren.
Masks and social distancing will be required for the visitation and Mass.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph's Catholic Church or to a favorite charity.
