Charles left this world on September 28, 2025 at the age of 94, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Miller and Veronica Miller (Brames); his son Dennis Miller; his brother Ernest Miller; and his siblings-in-law, Bernice Miller, Delmar Vonderheide, John Dick and John Crutchfield.
He is survived by: his wife Lenora Vonderheide of Mary's Catholic Church; his daughters, Sharon Miller (Sally Irvin) of Brownsburg, IN and Carol Kreilein (Scott) of Boonville, IN; his grandson Aaron Kreilein (Colleen); and his siblings-in-law, Marlene Dick, Vera Crutchfield, Karen Vonderheide and Ron Vonderheide (Helen).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (950 Church Ave, Jasper, IN 47546). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at the Fairview Cemetery (1020 Kundeck St, Jasper, IN 47546).
Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Family Catholic Church, the Community Food Bank, St. Vincent DePaul Society or to a favorite charity.
