He is survived by: his wife Nancy Mullins; his sons, Timothy Mullins (Erica VanCleave) and Stephen Mullins (Leah); his grandchildren, Maranda Wesberry, Ashlen Adkins, Stephen Mullins Jr. and Clint Mullins (Taylor); his great grandchild Fred Wesberry III; and his brother Charles Mullins.
