He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Neukam and Harrietta Neukam (Seitz); and his siblings, Glen Roy Neukam and Joyce Neukam. He is survived by: his wife Carol Jane Laird; his former wife Carol Neukam of Jasper, IN; his daughters, Tracey Gudorf of Jasper, IN and Jennifer Bruce (Rob) of Winslow, IN; his grandchildren, Haley Werner, Heath Gudorf, Heather Gudorf, Rolon and Maggie Bruce; and his brothers, Earl of Jasper, IN., Gary of Jasper, IN. and Gerald Neukam of Jasper, IN..
