We are sad to announce that on August 16, 2023, at the age of 66, Debra A. Mills of Jasper, Indiana, born in Evansville, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Cletus Mills and Betty Mills (Turpen). She is survived by : her siblings, Steven Chancellor (Terri), Carolyn Kimbrel (Mike), Sherry Hagan (David) and Kathy Brown (Russell). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
