She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Hembree and Mary Hembree. She is survived by: her husband Allen J. Mathies of Jasper, IN; her daughters, Jennifer Pressley (Dale) of Graytown, OH, Stacy Phillips (Mike) of Wasilla, AK and Heather Kavanaugh of Jasper, IN; and her grandchildren, Cameron, Hannah, Nathan and Mila Jo. She is also survived by siblings, and several nieces and nephews.
