It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Estella M. Kreilein of Jasper, Indiana, who passed away on October 18, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alois Vaeth and Hildegard Vaeth (Fischer); her husband Preceding; her siblings, Ignatius Vaeth and Eileen Rogier; and her brother-in-law Bill Rogier.
She is survived by: her children, Michael A. Kreilein (Norma), Tim J. Kreilein, Patricia Zanelli of Jasper and Joan Bridge of Jasper; and her sisters, Rosalee Weishan of Ferdinand and Mildred Fest (Cornelius) of Mariah Hill. She is also survived by three grandsons, a great granddaughter, two great grandsons, and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Joseph Catholic Church (1029 Kundeck St, Jasper, IN 47546). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at the Fairview Cemetery (1020 Kundeck St, Jasper, IN 47546).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jospeh's Catholic Church, St. Meinrad Archabbey, Precious Blood Catholic Church, Holy Trinity School, or the Sisters of St. Benedict.
