She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Schuetter and Mary Schuetter (Beck); her husbands, Arthur B. Knies of Joseph's Catholic Church and Preceding; and her siblings, Basilla Rogers, Ruth Schuetter and William "Bill" Schuetter.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Matsel (Jack) of Jasper, IN, Glenn Knies (Nita) of Indianapolis, IN, Ann Oeding (Luke) of Jasper, IN and Gregg Knies (Lisa) of Greenwood, IN; and her grandchildren, Leah Rottet (Devin), Lacey Saunders (Sam), Allison Denney (Bill), Jake Oeding (Chanelle), Jared Matsel, Jon Knies (Bailee), Morgan Knies (Logan Bryer) and Lindsey Knies (Kyle Souther). She is also survived by five great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
