He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Sermersheim and Eleanor Sermersheim (Giesler); his daughter Shannon Sermersheim; and his brothers, Charles and William Sermersheim.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Sermersheim; his granddaughter Megan Kaeck (Michael); and his great grandchildren, Austin, Liam, Harper and Calvin Kaeck.
