He is survived by: his wife Pamela Scherle (Kiefer) of Jasper, IN; his children, Melissa Scherle Collins (Casey) of Indianapolis, IN and Brandon Scherle (Courtney) of Jasper, IN; his grandchildren, Dawson Scherle, Levi Scherle, Mac Scherle Collins, Maggie Scherle Collins, Boone Scherle and Chipper Scherle; and his siblings, Duane Scherle (Patty), Tom "Tommy" Scherle (Jackie), Deborah "Debbie" Nordhoff (Thomas) and Germaine Schuck (Jerry).
