He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Schroeder and Esther Schroeder (Fischer); his siblings, Leroy (Bernetta), Ronnie (Sue), Charlie (Ruth), Norma Mehringer (Tom), Carolyn Auffart (James), Becky Schroeder and Cindy Rosbottom (Bruce); and his grandchild Kaira Elise Schroeder.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Louise Pfister of Joseph's Catholic Church; his sons, Kim (Ann), Kevin, Kurt (Terrae) and Keith (Amanda); his grandchildren, Ethan, Russell, Jeb, Keegan, Brody, Emory, Parker, Maren and Truman; and his sisters, Kate Labhart (Neil), Rose Ann Sanders (Harold), Linda Lambert (Dave) and Christine Prior.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Becher & Kluesner Funeral Home - Downtown (214 E 7th St, Jasper, IN 47546). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Joseph Catholic Church (1029 Kundeck St, Jasper, IN 47546). A burial will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at the Fairview Cemetery (1020 Kundeck St, Jasper, IN 47546).
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Jasper, Indiana, or to Precious Blood Catholic Church in Jasper, Indiana.
