He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Scott Betz (Laura), Katherine Jones (Steve), Jessica Bohrer (Brad) and Claire Betz; his grandchildren, William, Katherine, Elisedd, Emanuel Betz, Shelby, Cameron, Caroline Jones, Maxwell, Evan, Jack, Blake Bohrer, Veronica and Jerome Tempel; his siblings, Father Kenneth Betz, Mary Ellen Stenftenagel (Mick), Dr. Charles Betz (Karen) and Cindy Pruski (Jim); and his sisters-in-law, Karen Spartz (Edward) and Nancy Berry (Byron).
