He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Wittenmyer and Susie Mabel Pheasant Wittenmyer; and his stepson Donald Louis Robinson. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Shelley Wittenmyer of Jasper, Indiana; his daughter Melody L. Wilson (Fred) of Columbus, Indiana; his stepdaughter Linda Sweeney (Sam) of Jasper, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Scott Kern (Tori), Jessica Mosier (Cody) and Holly Britton (John). He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
