It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juanita S. Boehm of Jasper, Indiana, who passed away on April 23, 2026, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Juanita S. Boehm to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Boehm and Dorothy Boehm (Seifert); her brothers, Larry Boehm and Allen Boehm; and her brother-in-law Jim Lechner.
She is survived by: her siblings, LaVerne Lechner, Beth Waltz (Chris), Lee Boehm (Kathy) of Jasper and Don "Yog" Boehm (Linda) of Jasper; her sisters-in-law, Becky Boehm of Jasper and Arlene Boehm of Harbert; and her godmother Theresia Seifert of Dale. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
She served on the Memorial Hospital Palliative Board, Community Meals Board, RSVP volunteer, St. Ann's Society, Deaconess Memorial Auxiliary, Dubois County Democrats, Jasper Moose, past member of the Jasper Jaycees, and donated to many civic and city organizations.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church, Community Food Bank, or a favorite charity.
