He was predeceased by: his parents, John Blair and Mary Blair (Owens). He is survived by: his wife Gloria Blair; his daughter Victoria Payne (Daniel); his grandchildren, Landon, Autumn and Hayden Payne; his siblings, Nancy Dreussi and David Blair (Traci); his niece Mary Chadwick; and his nephew Tony Dreussi.
