It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille M. Garland of Jasper, Indiana, born in Birdseye, Indiana, who passed away on April 12, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Vernis "Copper" Garland; her daughter Rhonda Garland; her granddaughter Amanda Rees; and her brothers, Elwood and Grover Cummins.

She is survived by: her sons, Ron Garland (Betty) of Jasper, IN and Larry "Joe" Garland (Alice) of Jasper, IN; and her grandchildren, Bryant Garland, Karen Krusing (Steve), Mike Garland (Holly) and Ann MacArthur. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Birdseye Christian Church, Northwood Retirement Community or to a favorite charity.
