She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Erny and Christina Erny (Blessinger); and her siblings, Mary Alice Schuetter, Helen Hochgesang, Anna Mae Reckelhoff, Betty Reynolds, Robert, Richard, Vincent, Sylvester and Harold Erny.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Eckerle of Jasper, IN; her children, Denise Schitter (Jeff) of Ireland, IN and Patrick Eckerle of Jasper, IN; her grandchildren, Katelyn Binkley (Philip), Audrey Schitter and Grant Schitter; and her sister Mildred F. Erny of Jasper, IN..
