He is survived by : his former life partner Kyong Ja Hong; his wife Ja Temple of Jasper, IN; his daughters, Angel Teague (Bill) of Jasper, IN and Susan Kornacki (Phillip) of Evansville, IN; his grandchildren, Jude, Jax Kornacki, Evan and Kaleb Teague; and his sisters, Candace Purdue (Marvin) and Beverly Bertke (Larry).
