She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Erny and Christina Erny (Blessinger); and her siblings, Mary Alice Schuetter (Clarence), Helen Hochgesang (Richard), Margaret Eckerle, Annie Reckelhoff (Eddie), Betty Reynolds (Mick), Robert Erny, Richard Erny (Mary Lou), Vincent Erny (Rosie), Harold Erny and Sylvester Erny.

She is survived by : her siblings-in-law, Patricia Erny, Mildred L. Erny, Margaret "Peg" Erny and Donald Eckerle; and her caregiver Karen Erny. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Joseph Catholic Church (1029 Kundeck St, Jasper, IN 47546). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at the Fairview Cemetery (1020 Kundeck St, Jasper, IN 47546).

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church or a favorite charity.
