She was predeceased by : her siblings, Glenda Vaughn and Robert Patton. She is survived by : her son James Hoffman (Kim) of Boone Township, IN; her granddaughters, Kendra Smeltzer (Matt) of Indianapolis, IN and Jenna Williams (Travis) of Indianapolis, IN; her great grandchildren, Owen Smeltzer, Clara and Theo Williams; and her sister Marilyn Padgett.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Johns Lutheran Church Cemetery Fund in Boone Township .
