He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy O'Keefe and Mildred O'Keefe (Pawlak); his son Sean O'Keefe; and his brother Timothy O'Keefe. He is survived by: his wife Diana O'Keefe; his daughter Dawn O'Keefe (Kim) of Louisville, KY; his brother Kevin O'Keefe (Margaret) of Chicago, IL; and his sister-in-law Lois O. He is also survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and one great-grandson on the way, and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
