Paul D. James Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul D. James of Jasper, Indiana, born in Washington, Indiana, who passed away on July 18, 2025 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William James and Betty Lee James (Taylor); and his siblings, Rhonda R. James, Joseph, William Jr., Lester and Donald James.
He is survived by: his children, Jody Roach (Damon) of Jasper, IN, Lucas James of Jeffersonville, IN, Robert James of Jasper, IN and Todd James of Jasper, IN; his stepson Chadwick Lind of Cotopaxi, CO.; his granddaughter Makenna Roach; his stepgrandchildren, Cameron and Camille Lind; his sisters, Hester James of Jasper, IN and Deborah Messer of Indianapolis, IN; and his close friend Norma Kay Breeding of Jasper, IN. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Becher & Kluesner Funeral Home - North (3221 N Newton St, Jasper, IN 47546).
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages everyone to bring a memory of Paul to share, and for everyone to take a moment to hold their loved ones a little closer.
